Merlexi Wheel Chair
This was a great project that I used to learn the modo software. The client provided much of the CAD model. I modeled the spoke wheels in Solidworks. I used displacement in Modo to generate the tire treads.
I modeled the seat back in Modo using Sub-division surface modeling techniques. Textured, rendered and animated in modo.
I modeled this connector in Solidworks as a concept for the client. Image was composed, textured, lighted in Modo. I used an HDR studio plus a directional light and it turned out great.
I love this kind of project as well where I get to use both my technical background coupled with my artistic skills to show a non-existing product in a realistic manner.
